Cockpit deckbeams are made from three 4 inch strips of 3mm Okoume sandwiched between 4oz fiberglass cloth

Top & bottom covered with clear tape

Okoume pieces and cloth strips are sandwiched with thickened epoxy

Sandwich is clamped around 10 1/2 - 12 1/2 inch radius (varies with deck height) made from a Douglas Fir 2 X 10
