Fitting cavity ready to be epoxied

Fitting cavity surfaces are epoxied

Epoxied surfaces are filed

Epoxied surfaces are smoothed

Excess epoxy is removed

More epoxy is added for strength

Excess epoxy is removed

Cover glued on with thickened epoxy

Pieces are clamped while glue cures

Epoxy poured to seal bottom cover

Epoxied pieces are cut into sections

Fittings ready for gluing into shear

Fittings glued with thickened epoxy

Fittings installed

Fittings completed
