Temporary frames are removed once fillets are put in the bow and stern areas

Bow stem is made to conform to bow space.  Material is cut from 5/4 clear cedar. (same applies to stern stem)

Stem is made and bow top plate cut back

Stem inserted into bow space

Stem clamped and glued

       

Bow and Stern fillets are now installed

Tack fillets are put in between the wire ties
 Tack fillets are allowed to cure                     
   Wires are removed and the fillets completed
