Cue along edge with razor knife	Remove portion of strip with a chisel and a carving tool
Saw along edge of strip and then remove the undesired strip
Hold new strip in place for marking	Mark shape of strip from inside	Cut proud along mark
Trim  strip to fit	New strip trimmed and fitted	Mask area and glue strip in place
	New strip glued in place
