Hull after trimming cloth

Apply second coat of epoxy

Squeegee off excess epoxy

Remove drips with foam brush
|
After 12 hours, rough up surface
|

|
|
Clean surface with lacquer thinner
|
Apply third coat of epoxy
|
Go over hull again with foam brush
|

|
|
|
|
Apply slightly cured epoxy to stems
|
Area kept at 80 degrees
|
After 4 hours, squeegee surface
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Apply fourth coat of epoxy
|
Go over hull again with foam brush
|
After epoxy cures, trim off cloth
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
